• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

• During sales or peak periods, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

• Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

• Engine Bricks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.

• We recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout for full coverage during transit.

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
