Returns
We stand behind our products. Returns are accepted within 30 days
of purchase.
ELIGIBILITY:
• Unopened products - Full refund, no questions asked
• Opened products - Full refund if unused and in original condition
• Defective or damaged items - Full refund or free replacement,
regardless of condition
• Missing items - Contact support immediately for resolution
WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT:
• Products used beyond testing/inspection
• Items without original packaging
• Returns after 30 days (contact support for exceptions)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is not required to complete a return.
Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns.
Return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
After the refund has been processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your card or original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cancellation may not be possible.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To process your claim, we may require photos or videos showing the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Important Notes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or suspected fraud.
